We have been customers for 25 years. We are signed up for auto delivery and we never had an issue. The propane is delivered, always timely.
Just the fact that we don't have to worry about yet another thing, is priceless.
Nobody likes increasing energy prices but I don't think yours are out of line with the market. I've never had any issue with the quality of your products. My only direct interactions with Superior have been with your delivery people and office staff. In all cases they have been efficient, friendly, safety minded and polite. You have top notch customer-facing employees. A special shout out to your delivery guy Phil. If I had a business I'd hire him away from you.
When I called and told you that I was out of gas you came as soon as possible.
The other day, when I got home, I discovered that we had no propane fuel, both tanks were completely empty despite paying for service that was set to prevent that from happening. When I called, I was informed that a deliver attempt had been made but couldn't be completed due to work being done on my house. BUT, no one had the decency to call and let me know this in order to prevent that reality from happening. Needless to, I was furious! I immediately called Superior and was told that a technician would get back to me withing 90 minutes. Well, not only did the technician come as promised but filled both tanks AND went to the basement to make certain that my automatic hot water heater was back online properly and that ALL gas outlets were working well. He was a delight and went out of his way to be as much of assistance as possible. The next day I got a call from the manager to see all was well. He turned what was an infuriating situation into a positive experience!
