Your products is what people mostly like to have it in our homes; in regards to services of delivering it is good for timing and accessibility with long hose for connections to tanks. Your improvements on drivers knowledge on what’s safe and not safe is a plus. In the pass I would have drivers hook up connections to the tanks, do leak test, give you bill and leave. Now your drivers are being more efficient in their jobs in being aware of surroundings where tanks are placed and what’s around the propane pipe lines.

Delivery man is extremely pleasant and accommodating, and the men who have done work here to install piping to my generator and the wifi setup for tank measurement have also been friendly. Just wish the prices haven't zoomed up...
Service has been better this year than in the past when Superior first took over Porco. More consistent, I haven't run out of propane/heat last year or this so far. Auto deliveries are on time.
I appreciate that Superior comes out to check our tank levels regularly. They are definitely the most expensive amongst all other propane prices so I do wish they would be a little more competitive, however, I think the customer service has been great. Been a customer over 10 years!
