In today's world, a lot of these qualities no longer exist in business and you the true meaning of Customer Service and Satisfaction have been tossed out the window based on artificial intelligence and the outsourcing of Customer Service to third world countries because it is cheaper labor. I am grateful to find a company that restores those old values and appreciate that very much in a company.
