The office staff are very friendly and helpful ( and actually answer the phones within minutes !!!) and they are always very prompt at getting my propane delivery to me once I order the refill . Great service all around . 🙂

I will say…when I had emergencies or when holidays were rolling around, they always come through for me. When I needed some extra help with bills and payments, they helped me stay organized.
I liked that the service manager got a technician out here the next morning after the knuckle heads locked off my propane tanks after they messed up the test and said that there was a leak and for me to call a plumber and left me with no heat for the night in 30 degree weather without even telling me that they locked off my propane and that I didn't have any heat!!! They did the test wrong and didn't recheck it and looked it off and didn't even tell me that they were going to lock off my propane. the next morning I talked to the service manager and he sent a different technician out and this technician was very professional and very helpful and tested everything and said that there wasn't any leak that they messed up the test and he got my heat back on and checked the stove and it was also lit.he was extremely helpful and great and he told me everything that was done and that I was good to go

The price is still a lot higher than 2021. With energy independence the price with hopefully go back down to $1.89 a gallon for propane. I finally got filled after a week. A good company to do business with.

Your service and delivery are great, but….. making a payment by email is a challenge. For some reason I have to change my password every time I try to log in. It could be made easier
Superior propane was very helpful, they came on Christmas Eve on short notice to inspect and fill out tanks.

I can’t comment on price, because I don’t comparison shop, but I can tell you that the people in the local office I speak with whenever I have a question or issue are all friendly, professional, and helpful. Your drivers are all very nice too.
The one thing I like is that it`s local. But not really. I believe the home office is in New Jersey.

I can always lock into a decent rate for propane and prebuy gallons.
I haven't had to worry about any deliveries because my tanks are monitored.
