Matt was FANTASTIC. He was very welcoming and engaging, gave great overview and layout of the store and then allowed me to look around before coming back to answer any questions. He suggested a test ride before purchasing which I did.

Excellent products, and friendly and helpful staff. Only issue I have is I discovered that the lower tube guard was not provided with my bicycle upon purchase. I haven't been back to the store to ask.
