Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast turnarond and a can do attitude to bike servicing. Pricing of serving is excellent and they take care when working on the bike.

Although staffing must be a problem, the staff on duty are as positive, friendly, open to a chat and generally most helpful - even to the extent of being pushy on product ( a good thing )!
