Great customer service found what my bike was and asked all the right questions
I had a part break on my bike that should not have broken. They don’t sell this bike anymore since the Trek takeover, but nevertheless they looked after all the warranty details for me, replaced the part with something better than the original, and got my bike back on the road, all without charge. Customer service as it should be.

Excellent customer service, product range and price.
After bending a crank arm after a solid pedal strike, I went to the store to have the rest of the electric motor drive checked out. The bike was inspected on the spot, new cranks ordered that arrived prompted and then in a follow up visit were also fitted on the spot.
