Was set on bike before entering. Staff member came straight over asked if we needed help and walked us throught the model, sized up and let son test. Went over the bike and found an issue with the fork which he got fixed before we picked up.

Service is excellent. Needed some parts replaced on newly purchased bike, which they took care of waving the cost. The team at belmont trek were very understanding and fair to deal with. Definitely recommend and happy to go back in the future. Bike is riding well now too.
I recently had my 2 bikes serviced with Trek Belmont. Even though they are not Trek bikes, it made no difference to them. I have been a lifelong customer of this store, through Trek, TBE and right back to when is was The Bicycle Entrepreneur!
