I'd be a happier little mousie of I could afford the expensive bikes, but I make do.....and the staff at 'my' shop I have always found to be sharp, informed, informative and generally quick to assist. My most recent experience was to replace a part which - as it turned out - was under warranty; Staff (Jimmy) was right up to date, supportive, efficient and seemingly very onset about the whole deal.
