I am not on a budget plan and when I call in to ask for a delivery the office staff is always so courteous! I also love that I can manage my account from home. All I do is log in and I can either request a delivery or pay my bill.
Lynn, in the local Watertown office is amazing. She is very polite and understanding. She helps get you set up on a plan that works for you and helps save you money. Their budget plan is very helpful and convenient.
The automatic service delivery for fuel never leaves us worried about running out of fuel oil. If bad weather, cold snaps leaves us low, we only need to call and a delivery will be made.
If I ever have a question or concern, I just call and talk to Lynn and she helps me out.
