Griffith Energy tries to provide professional service and human contact along with competitive pricing and good products. They are quite personable in phone contact and display a genuine effort to be helpful to the customer. Obviously, when an entity opens itself up to the dynamics of personal relationships-products-service, there will be glitches to overcome; that's just the nature of life itself. With that in mind a perfect score of 10 out of 10 is virtually impossible, however realizing that is true, the very next best thing is a 9 - which is about as good as it gets. To Griffith Energy: Keep doing what you are doing (9) and continue to lean in the direction of the customer at poignant times, and you will experience both appreciation and growth in your company.
