The local Griffith office has been nothing but supportive and helpful. However, the Superior website leave a lot to be more user friendly. Access is fine but how it tracks balances is nothing short of very confusing and misleading.

Griffith Energy tries to provide professional service and human contact along with competitive pricing and good products. They are quite personable in phone contact and display a genuine effort to be helpful to the customer. Obviously, when an entity opens itself up to the dynamics of personal relationships-products-service, there will be glitches to overcome; that's just the nature of life itself. With that in mind a perfect score of 10 out of 10 is virtually impossible, however realizing that is true, the very next best thing is a 9 - which is about as good as it gets. To Griffith Energy: Keep doing what you are doing (9) and continue to lean in the direction of the customer at poignant times, and you will experience both appreciation and growth in your company.

Always been treated kindly and efficiently. Drivers are courteous and friendly, as are office staff and technicians.
Fast, friendly, service. Delivered and set my tank on time while doing a professional job making sure it was level, and overall neat in appearance. I told the man who delivered it that I was concerned that I wouldn't have enough propane for the upcoming weekend, he assured me that he would let the delivery guy know to fill the tank the next day. The next day the tank was filled. Thank you!
