Loved my carpets
Technician was friendly and professional, carpet looks and smells great! But the vehicle the tech was driving that day dripped oil and made a mess on my driveway. It has not evaporated so it's not condensation from the A/C. I cleaned up a small puddle and it was a dark color with a semi thick consistency. This isn't the end of the world for me personally, but this could be an issue other places. Especially if the tech were to accidentally step in some and track it into someone's house.

The woman who answered the phone was helpful when I needed help to extract water form the basement she gave me other options that could help us. Then she set the appointment for us.
The young man that cam was diligent in his efforts. His google Maps GPS took him to the wrong spot (which happens in out area) and he keep trying, stopped and asked people and got to me so I could help him find his way.
When he arrive he was courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He worked hard until he was done.
