I like the quality of the service, the fact that the technician explained how easily I could add an area rug and stairs, and that he suggested fiber protection for the well used stairs.
Technician was professional and worked very hard to remove stains. He was courteous to wear shoe covers, protect furniture that the hose was apt to rub against, and explained the process prior to starting. Prices were fair and the satisfaction guarantee within 30 days was good.
