I believe air duct cleaning had never been done so Zack took extra time to ensure all the dirt was cleared. He informed me of his progress and politely answered all my crazy questions.

Lucas was wonderful! Very personable and attentive - just really felt like he spent the time to listen & care about us as customers and wanted to do the best job possible in our home. He represented the company well! Our old carpet looks & smells good. It is dark brown, so dirt and stains don't easily show up on it anyway, but we knew it needed to be cleaned. It does definitely feel better and look brighter.
Our house is small, so the living room and hallway are tiny, but we do have stairs (it's a very small split entry). For our small area, we felt like the price was a bit high compared to what it used to cost to have our carpet shampooed, but before we've only had it done by a private person/small business. Also, we know everything has gone up, and we are also older (retirement age), so everything seems high to us.
Carpets look great, and they managed to get out the stain I was most worried about! Tech was very friendly and communicative.
Pete was our technician and he was amazing. Such care and quality to make sure we were happy with the final cleaning product.

Incredible job cleaning our carpets! We had a large spot that had been there for years and all the other carpet cleaners could not get it out. Happy to say it’s gone!! We’re very pleased with the service we received and will not hesitate to use them in the future!!
I called to have my entire home cleaned. We had several basement floods and a pesky puppy going pee pee. Scott was great and put in some hard work. The carpets came out looking brand new. I really enjoy how there is no chemical after smell lingering in the house.
