I am very disappointed on not getting a phone call back. This is Thursday but I called on Monday. What's the point in having a paragraph in your initial email stating to ask for a fan and when you do the carpet is still wet?? It would be better if you stated it would still be wet after the fan and people would not be disappointed. The person who cleaned our carpet was very good and the carpet looked great. My only complaint is the lady on the phone who never called me back about my still wet carpet.

The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. My carpet is over 8 years old so it'll be time to replace it soon. That said, we vacuum several times per week and it's in pretty good shape. We just had some spots in high traffic areas that were eye sores. Those are gone now and with the general cleaning they look like new.
