The employee who cleaned my carpets was courteous and professional. He worked tirelessly for 2 1/2 hours. Even after he had everything put away and I found an area that needed more attention, he proceeded to get the carpet tool and went over a large area to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate the 30 day guarantee but that type of customer service is why I would recommend zerorez to my family and friends.

I like the fact that you do not use detergents. I have had our carpets cleaned before by traditional methods and I can tell a difference in the texture of the carpet.
