The gentleman that came to our home was great! When I called to reschedule I requested Saturday morning. It actually got scheduled for Saturday afternoon when they did the confirmation call. I was happy they could change it the morning as requested. My only suggestion is to make sure you are scheduling for the right time.

Over my many years I have used numerous companies. Granted, this is just the day after - but my carpet looks wonderful. We have been in our home now 7 years (first time buyers), and we do have wear & tear - but that is to be expected. The Techs were top-notch. They explained everything and truly addressed any issues they felt needed attention. Zerorez will definitely get my business from now on!

Very polite and understanding cleaners and they got almost all of the stains out of the carpet when I didn't think they would be able to be removed. I also had to call customer service about a check issue today and rec'd the best customer service from Ben thatI have rec'd in a very long time on the telephone. Thanks for a great experience! Oh yeah the carpets smell great too.
Carpet looks new. Your product removed a spot that I thought could never be removed. The two men that cleaned my carpet were very professional and made it their goal not only to clean my carpet, but to make sure I was very pleased with the results. Will use Zerorez every time I need my carpet cleaned. Also, have recommended Zerorez to all my friends.
