The technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. My carpet is over 8 years old so it'll be time to replace it soon. That said, we vacuum several times per week and it's in pretty good shape. We just had some spots in high traffic areas that were eye sores. Those are gone now and with the general cleaning they look like new.
