This was the first time we have had our carpets professionally cleaned and we will definitely be using zerorez in the future. The gentleman that came to do our carpets, I can't remember his name but I believe it was either Jared or Jarret, was so nice and did such a great job. He was very personable and let me know what was going on and how things were going to be done. Our carpets were pretty dingy and not very clean and now they look fantastic. We had one particular rough spot by our door that leads to the deck and it looks almost close to new. Again we will for sure be using Zerorez in the future as well as speaking highly to friends and families who are looking to get their carpets done.

Gets super clean but the first time I had it done my house smelled so good like citrus for a few days. Did something change because this time it didn't. Also they didn't leave the bottle of powdered cleaner. I had to call back to ask for it
