I like the no chemical aspect. Although this is my first time using Zerorez in Omaha, I've used them in previous residences. I chose them this time for the same reason I've chosen them before. They do what they say they'll do, WHEN they say they'll do it and the young man who came to clean my carpets was very polite and respectful. I'm a lifer.

I really liked your representative. I can't remember his name, but he was very personable and professional. He really worked hard to address the problem areas like the high traffic and pet stain areas. He was a great ambassador for your company. He explained the services needed without being high pressure. Basically his score was a 10. The only reason the above score was a nine was your price. It's on the high side, but the service was good.

Careful to clean up when finished cleaning ducts. Can"t really tell any difference following duct cleaning. Polite. Arrived as scheduled.
