They work! We have light carpet in both home (26 years old!) and lake home (8 years). I believe the no-residue process allows routine vacuuming to keep the carpet looking great. Stains come up with the remover you provide. Your technicians are thorough and very dedicated and helpful.
This was the first I'd ever had the lake place cleaned; but I'm coming up on the 4th time for our home place, and I have the carpet cleaned once a year. The techs ask, "How old is this carpet?" Granted, only 2 adults and one shedding dog live here, but we have kids and grandkids often and we wear shoes in the house.

cleans very well without soap residue left behind. less rinsing necessary to try & remove that.
as it dries, really looks nice. smell is pleasant.

Dried quick without sticky residue and fresh clean smell after cleaned. One small issue, I moved a table in the living room so floor could be cleaned behind it. There was a TV on it and I know they wont move it with it on there, but he didn't tell me he was done cleaning the carpet behind it so I could move it back and now there are four spots where the carpet wasn't cleaned and very obvious.
