Pete Taylor did an amazing job. He worked really hard to get some very tough pet stains out of ourlight colored carpets. He was very courteous and I felt comfortable having him in my home. We ended up calling him back for a few stains that resurfaced & he was again very professional & courteous. He was able to get the stains out to our satisfaction. I must say his expertise in carpet stain removal is second to none. We will continue to use zerorez in the future.

He was very courteous and thorough, offering additional services but not pressuring us to purchase anything more than we ordered. We wanted our carpets professionally cleaned as we were preparing our home to sell. We thought the carpets were in good condition before, but they looked just like new after being cleaned by ZEROREZ.
