Scott Thomas & team were very professional! They asked questions then explained what work needed to be performed. They answered all my questions then went to work. We have a 12 to 15 year old light color Karistan carpet that had not been cleaned in 3 years. When Scott & team finished, it look almost brand new. I could not believe my eyes! Two days later when completely dry I was relieved the carpet did not have to be replaced! Thank you Zerorez for a job well done. I will not hesitate to use this service again.
