Our experience was awesome! We can't tell you how happy we are with your service. Pete came to our house and was so polite. He quickly explained to me what he could do to treat the coffee stains and tracked in grease in my carpet. Our bedroom carpet is 11 years old and has never been this clean by any other carpet cleaner. Also I am very allergic to the chemicals they use and had to leave the house for most of the day when they cleaned our carpets. I have already recommended him to two of my friends that were not satisfied with their current carpet cleaner.
Aside from the great clean carpets and no crunchy soap residue, the customer service skill my technician was superb. She was personable, energetic, engaging and kind. The fact that I am disaabledd did not affect her treatment of me. So often I encounter people who treat me differently because I am disabled, she did not. I deeply appreciate that.

Our poor Marvin (dog) got sick. We had to take him to the vet. They left the catheter in his leg because we were suppose to take him back in the morning for more fluids. Well he decided he longer wanted the catheter in. He popped the tab off and literally bleed all over our house and car! I called Zerorez and Pete was here by 11am that morning! I highly recommend Pete for any job in your home! He was extremely professional, and wanted to make sure that he did better than what was expected! Which he did!
