I liked that it dried quick and the service person did a good job of making sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. He pointed out any areas that were not adequately cleaned due to staining not in his control.

My carpet feels like new again! I love that I can lay down and not be bathed in the smell of dog anymore, and what's more is my carpet doesn't smell like chemicals used to cover up the smell. The customer service was phenomenal and the technician that came to clean my carpet was very upfront and honest. He did a wonderful job!
