We were impressed how quickly we were able to schedule our appointment. The cleaning technician, Chris, was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. He was friendly and respectful. Mom and I were totally pleased with how clean the carpets were and how quickly the whole job was completed! The dining room carpet never looked better and the cleaning process restored the lovely blue color of the bedroom carpets! Thank you, Zerorez, and Chris!

No sticky feeling. Carpet is softer. Fibers of carpet appear to be larger and fluffier. The Technician that came to my house - Chris - was AWESOME!! He explained everything he was going to do, he was done in a very timely manner, very professional - did a great job and I will be sure to ask for him the next time I have my carpets done or when referring you to any of my friends!
