The service technician, Pete, was great! Very professional. I wanted an area of the master bedroom cleaned as it had a strong pet odor from previous occupants dog. He was honest and said the stain may not come out but that he could likely get the pet odor out with antibacterial/microbial application. It worked wonders and the room smells great and the stain is almost completely gone. Very impressed with service and reasonable cost.

The Tech that did our service was very friendly & informative. I had some blood stain in our new carpet, he did our carpet it looked good. the nest day we had a little wicking so the came back out within and treated that area again... I think we have it now. Thanks

I like the citrus smell of the cleaning products that were used to help clean my carpet. The tech Chris was very polite and explained what he was going to be doing and also recommended other things that we may benefit from.

The two gentlemen that came to our home were so nice, respectful, and very easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and explained everything that they were doing. It is always nerve wrecking having people you don't know come into your home but the gentlemen that came to our home were so nice and genuine and definitely put me at ease. Chris Summerfield was our tech's name. He was right on time, looked over my carpet, explained what he could do and maybe not do. Gave me other alternatives if I wanted to use them. He went about his work, wore shoe covers (which I greatly appreciated). The carpet looks like new and smells good and clean. Best carpet cleaning I have had, and I have used about 4 different companies--the spots kept coming back! Hopefully they won't now!
The only complaint I have is that they won't move any furniture. If you're elderly or not in good health, this is a huge problem! If you can't move it, they will clean around it. I also don't like their $14.00 "water disposal" charge! They are already expensive enough.
