Low odor, amazing cleaning--carpets look new. Technician was very friendly, on-time, and an overall nice person. He pointed out spots I had forgotten about and offered extra services, but was not pushy.

That they are natural and do not use soaps or chemicals. But what MADE your product great was the super-friendly employees that were sent to my house for carpet cleaning and vent cleaning. They were absolutely the most pleasant individuals I have ever had at my house to do any type of work.
There wasn't any residue build up on our carpets after the technician was done.
