Scott my technichian did a fabulous job and was very thourough when finalizing what he was doing! Then, the carpet looked fabulous when he was done. It was so soft and fluffy, just like it was new again!!! It dried quickly and smelt clean and fresh! This was the first time I used Zerorez and they did a fantastic job! I definately will use them again! For both carpet and tile!!!

Water cleaning seemed to clean my carpets pretty well. Chris did our house and he did a very good job, and respected our no shoes in the house rule by wearing shoe covers while he was working. It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.
