Our delivery/service technician, Rich, did an outstanding job. He stayed and made sure to find the source of our problem. We had been smelling propane in the house for days and it turns out a nut was loose on our water heater, which in turn would leak propane. We really are grateful to Rich for taking the time to find this. We were very worried and now we finally feel settled in our new home.

As a new customer, Eastern Propane scheduled a technician to inspect our home and check all of the propane components, including tank, fittings, pressure regulator, inside piping, etc. the gentleman was very thorough and installed new copper piping , regulator and valve located adjacent to the home. His attention to detail was obvious. He should be commended by your firm.
