Products and services are great- my issue is with the new online bill pay- i hate it. It’s ridiculous- show me the amount due show me the amount my delivery cost and show me my budget payment is the amount scheduled. It’s confusing now and it doesn’t have to be. Change it!

The fact that i can speak with a local person. The people with whom i have spoken are always courteous and helpful. This is most important to me.
You used leave me an indication the man had come to fill my tanks. Now you do not and i have no clue. After you had filled them recently, I took a look at all three tanks and could not see any indication of how much propane they contained. I am NOT BLIND. Why cannot i see that. It should have registered 80%. I did not know until after i had checked the tanks and called you, that you had come the day before!!!!!! It is not easy for me to get up there to see their contents.
