I had a leak at my tank when the driver was filling it. It was 0° outside and the nights have been well below zero. The driver had to shut a takeoff . Ashley notified me immediately and sent technicians to solve the problem. I gave her instructions about where the hidden key was so they can go into the house and make sure that the heaters were tyrned on once they had fixed the problem and had turned the gas back on.

I was quite concerned as the monitor on the tank read 9% capacity and 35 gallons remaining from a 500 gal tank.
I made a couple calls to check when I could expect delivery and was transferred to an answering service who confirmed the monitored reading. All I was told was there was a ticket submitted for delivery. I've never been left with such a low reading in the 22 years I've been using Eastern Propane.
I can't imagine such a low reading is good for the tank, let alone my nerves.
I'm hoping that in the future there will be a delivery before the capacity registers as low as it did this time and would appreciate it if notification was sent out for a pending delivery and I'm not left hanging.
