Maybe I'm just lucky, but local service staff and office coordination have been great. I've had no problems getting quick answers/ appointments/ solutions for any issue that's come up so far. When we added 2 new bottles for another system here, Evan helped coordinate from the office - and later replaced one that was leaking with no inconvenience on this side.

Great service at a great price, what more can I say except that I switched to Eastern Propane 15 years ago and have never regretted making the change from my previous supplier.
They made an emergency delivery when our tank was nearly empty after the power went out for 4 days and the generator used up almost all the propane.
