I was pleased that when I contacted the company for information to purchase my tank so that I could change companies I was offered a price match. I am somewhat disturbed that this did not happen in the past. I was also pleased that although I had a scheduled delivery when I called the local office and advised I was low a delivery was made early. In the past year I have had requested this type of service and it was never provided. It appears that customer service and the company's efforts have improved this year.
Rick, Evan and Rob were courteous and professional. They installed the tanks, checked my fireplace and heater, and the gas was delivered later that same day.
