I like that you monitor my tanks and that your drivers try their best to get to my tanks in the winter when snow is on the ground. I also have a long driveway with a hill that is problematic in bad weather. I also like that I can go on a budget plan so my bills are the same every month. And that the people in the office work with me to get a good rate.

Wish Eastern had remained independent - customer service is the best of any organization in the USA I have encountered - shame they did away with maintenance services. miss that a lot.

Their employees are very good. We have been with Eastern for many, many years but for the past two years, Superior failed to fill our tank until we called when the tank was empty. We have always been on automatic refill but for some reason that didn’t happen the last two years. And the tank was written up for height problems but nothing was done about it until the tank was empty. Very disappointed with management.
