The office person was very helpful and knowledgeable when we called in a bit of a panic as we were a bit low and running the generator. She assured us we would have enough to last until the scheduled fill which was two days later based on her calculations on what we were using perdiem with generator. Nice to have competency!
Competent, on time, professional, dependable
I've been a Superior Propane customer for 20+ years -- and up until this current delivery, never had an issue. For some reason (one that even the Supervisor who I dealt with for a number of calls) the system cancelled 2 deliveries on me...so this Supervisor had to manually re-enter the ticket and reach out to the local office to make sure I was not bumped.
BUT...even with my concern of running at a monitored rate of 10% (they like to fill you when you hit 30%), this Supervisor was with me every step of the way. She called back every day to report where we were in the process, who this was escalated to and what the next step would be.
It took a few days longer than I was comfortable with, BUT the service was amazing. And when she made a promise -- whether to call me back or ultimately the day the delivery would be made -- she was there by my side every step of the way. That type of customer service is unheard of these days, and is enough to keep me their customer for another 20 years!
