i am disappointed your company discontinued your service contracts for furnace repair you only respond to furnace problems during normal business hours if i have a furnace problem friday night a cold feb nite when its 15 degrees i am on my own until mon,morning if i dont get some one by monday morning my pipes could freeze other services are fine
