Just transferred to Eastern from Amerigas and was pleased with phone reps and propane tank installers. Have yet to receive propane so cannot comment further at this time.

While running out of gas should not have happened, I was relieved and pleased that eastern made sure they were here the next morning. The delivery person was polite and thoughtful making sure my stove worked before he left. That was very much appreciated.

Eastern Propane is both very professional and has a family approach to customer service. I have been a customer for 12 years and hope that their joining a larger organization does not lead to them being hollowed out into a call-center offshore.
Propane heats my house service technician was very helpful
