The tanks were installed same day as generator and coordinated with generator company which was very helpful. The installer was knowledgeable, professional and address all of my concerns.
Right before the holiday season, I was in need of an emergency fill up and explained my reasoning for it to be done prior to Christmas Eve. The initial timeframe given was 7-10 days but Eastern Propane in Hawley, PA understood my families needs and helped us out drastically! They came the very next morning and filled our 500 gallon propane tank. This was a very positive experience and truly an amazing job since I know the trucking industry has a major staffing crisis going on currently due to the pandemic. Myself and my family are appreciative for the urgent service request being fulfilled.

Establishing a new account was easy. Fuel was needed and delivery was made quickly. The people I have dealt with have been professional and accommodating.
They have never let me run out of propane I am on an automatic delivery. They also offer lower rates if you order early and pay in full for the year. This adds up to a big saving. Whenever I have called, they are able to answer all questions and offer help. I have been with them for years and have no plans to change companies.
