He explained every facet of the installation -- including placement & accessibility for the propane delivery -- & demonstrated in detail everything we would need to know/do in reading the gauge, venting the tank, etc. We were additionally pleased with the delivery. We were not
home when the truck arrived, but found everything had been done perfectly, neatly & the invoice left on our doorknob.

When I called their number, someone picked up immediately and began troubleshooting my problem. She was able to send a service tech out the same day who explained the issue of our gas smell and was able to rule out a dangerous leak.
The Hawley PA service mgr, Evan Styer, answered all my questions related to Propane tank install and local codes. This was our first time ever using propane fuel and having it installed in a house that only ever had electric utilities. I really relied on Mr. Styer for information as the ongoing house renovation changes affected the tank and trench locations.
Mr. Styer walked me thru the entire process which took 12 weeks and 33 emails...that is customer service!!

The customer service person was pleasant, patient and thorough as she described the process by which the 2022-23 budget payment amount was calculated. Very professional.
Soon after we returned from FL for the summer our propane ran out unexpected. I called late in the day & they came out very next day first thing in the morning. The tech told us to only have one tank at a time on this way we have time before we run out completely.
He was very knowledgeable & professional & I would recommend Eastern Propane to my friends, family & neighbors.
