Our delivery/service technician, Rich, did an outstanding job. He stayed and made sure to find the source of our problem. We had been smelling propane in the house for days and it turns out a nut was loose on our water heater, which in turn would leak propane. We really are grateful to Rich for taking the time to find this. We were very worried and now we finally feel settled in our new home.
