Just not overly impressed with the carpet cleaning.
Great service! Jordan was very quick and efficient. All the pet stains in the rooms were completely removed and looked brand new! Thank you!
I had a friendly technician doing my carpets. She arrived in a timely fashion and finished the job quickly. She arrived at 10:30 and finished by noon. My carpets look great. My only concern is a fairly large one to me. My stairs were sopping wet for the whole day, we could feel the squishing of water going to bed. They were still damp when I woke. I’m hoping that the solution left behind doesn’t bring soul quickly to a well used area.
Maybe stairs need extra suction to extract the water.

Traffic areas weren't as clean as I expected. But the worst was the terrible streaks left in the dining room. It looks like dirty water was sprayed on the carpet and left. The carpet looks worse than before it was cleaned.
We appreciate the Zerorez carpet cleaning. It cleans without leaving a soggy carpet, and the staff is courteous about our home as they work.

The stains on the dining room area rug are pretty much gone. The dry time was fairly fast, as we had our ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom on during the day. Thank you for a job very well done.

The customer service. The carpet cleaning that was done was very good along with spot treatment.
Carpets get cleaned using less chemicals. They dry faster. Staff is great and friendly. Will come back if any stain needs another cleaning.
All was fine. Both young men did a great job especially in the family room. Seemed it took a long time for the carpets to feel totally dry however.
The gentleman you guys sent out did a wonderful job Very friendly explain the product very well I highly recommend him to come to my house anytime He definitely took his time to do the job right That's what I like to see thank you for having such a great employee please give him a Pat on the back.

Was booked out for quite some time and the rep on the phone said he would call me if something earlier opened up and he did . Service man called when en route and was very professional and did a great job in a short amount of time

Dade was very informative about the cleaning process. He also answered our question about your other services, such as duct cleaning and area rugs. Service was prompt and the carpets cleaning process was not lengthy. I also appriecated the call that they were on their way... Carpets dried quickly as promised.. We will use your services again.
Carpets came out super clean great service!
Work clean good service tech. However his van is leaking motor oil. I told him park in driveway. But it is leaking.

The technician was amazing and the products worked great! The carpet is free of stains and looks amazing.
Someone called on day of appointment, to say they were on the way to my home.
Worker checked all spots with a special light so she knew what made the spot.
She was very polite and upfront about wear spots in high traffic area.
One rug took longer to dry but that was not an issue for us, even though she had said to call if any concerns.
Well worth the money-especially considering our 80 years + age!

The job itself was good however the mess I was left with to clean up was not awesome.
Had to have the carpets re-cleaned because the first job was so bad. Carpets were very wet after the second cleaning.
