I first chose Zerorez because you do not use chemicals in your process.
After the initial cleaning, I was impressed at how knowledgeable and competent (you would be surprised at the high number of so called "professionals" that are stumped by relatively easy questions about the service they are to perform) your technicians are which led to my continuing to use Zerorez for these subsequent 3 years.
Also, your staff has been incredibly polite, respectful and understanding when having to reschedule and work with our incredibly busy and always changing schedule.

The technician explained the process to me in a very professional and understandable way. However, when deploying the hose to the area to be cleaned, he could have been more careful about the baseboard on the corners. He just pulled the hose with no regard to the baseboard.
