A lot of space cleaned for the price..
Great quality
The cleaning this time seems much quicker than the past. The guy finished our entire house (6 rooms total) in just over and hour. Maybe they’ve improved the process and make it faster, but I vaguely remember it used to take much longer. The carpets are nice and clean afterwards so no complain there. Wish they have more discounts for larger houses than 3 rooms.
Thorough and professional. Customer satisfaction is of utmost important: they came back out to the house to make sure the stain was completely removed.
Our shampoo tech, did a very thorough and excellent job, not only did the carpet come out great but he was friendly helpful and could not have been better. Excellent service.

Here is my Google review. To make it right, you probably need to invest more in hiring your people. In addition, you probably need to do hime assessment to give better estimate, the tech you sent out told my wife that our carpet is super clean and doesn’t need this kind of deep cleaning. So if you had a home pre inspection/assessment I would have saved $160.

Well, this was the first time we use zerorez and probably the last. The tech came inside to clean our four bedrooms upstairs. My wife asked him several times to remove his shoes before going up but he never listened (he put a sleeve on for one time then her removed it). And some of the dirty water from the cleaning machine were seen on the carpeted stairs. In addition, we are thinking we could have achieved the same, if not better, level of cleanliness using a carpet washing vacuum cleaner . Most likely not to use them again.

Our technician this time was awesome! He got stains out of our thirteen year old carpet that the last Zerorez guy couldn’t.

The basement hallway and family room walkway look worse than before you started. I was able to lighten some spots with over the counter stuff and elbow grease.

Great service! Definitely recommend the mattress cleaning for an older mattress. Makes it look and smell new! Love that they can come and refresh all my carpets. Employees are always trustworthy and provide great service!

It was good of you to send the young man out again. But he told us none of the stains would come out. However it is much better now that he slowed down and went over the spots again. At least two people had come by and were rather surprised the cleaning wasn't more productive the first time around. Again it is better after he came by again. To bad he hadn't take more time the first trip. But over all it was not a good thing. So no, I wouldn't suggest your service at this time.

the cleaner didn't even turn all the lights on. Most of the carpet looked good, if he could of seen a little better, the carpet would of looked better. The high traffic area by the bathrooms had the same stains as it did before he started
