The service man was great seemed to know what he was talking about. I thought the products was kind of high price though.

I like Zerorez because they use no harsh chemicals and no soap. Ryan was a hard worker, very friendly and explained what he would be doing!! He wore shoe covers and gloves in the house.. My carpets looked amazing when he was done.. He even cleaned my shower and sealed the tile.
Last year they came and cleaned the grout in my tile throughout the house and it was an amazing difference.
I definitely will use them again.
We used zerorez to clean all our wall-to-wall carpets in our California home and were very pleased. We like the soap-free cleaning procedure thus minimizing residuals on the carpet after cleaning.

I don't know of your products but I must say that whatever you used did a good job and it didn't take a long time to get it set into the carpet.
I have used them for years but the most recent experience was very unsatisfactory.

Your cost for businesses, and your lack of applying the coupons told on radio since they don't specifically say residential only, leaves the cost so high, it is hard to repeat this cleaning often enough. Your work seems great as I have gone one year without cleaning. It isn't the frequency I want. Paying near $400 for a good, easily done job, makes me hesitate.
The technican nicked the trim in multiple sections on guestroom door and a section of the hallway wall. I've used Zeroez before and never had this happen.
