The service tech was well groomed, well mannered which is hard to find nowadays and most importantly he worked hard he didn't just go thru the motions as many cleaning outfits rely too heavily on their equipment After as many homes as a landlord as I've had cleaned the real difference comes down to your employee. Please commend him for his diligence!

Your sales promotions advertise 3 or 4 rooms for a given price. Actually, It would be better described as so many square feet for the quoted price.

The tech hit wall corners, baseboards and furniture with the hoses. Did not pay attention and was not careful when cleaning.

Take a bit longer cleaning all spots.... Some look really good, others not so much.
I like what our carpets look like even when I call you back to redo our carpets. I think if your carpet cleaner would slow down and take their time cleaning May eliminate a return call. Besides that the tech is very knowledgeable about carpets and would like to thank her for coming back.
