It was good of you to send the young man out again. But he told us none of the stains would come out. However it is much better now that he slowed down and went over the spots again. At least two people had come by and were rather surprised the cleaning wasn't more productive the first time around. Again it is better after he came by again. To bad he hadn't take more time the first trip. But over all it was not a good thing. So no, I wouldn't suggest your service at this time.

the cleaner didn't even turn all the lights on. Most of the carpet looked good, if he could of seen a little better, the carpet would of looked better. The high traffic area by the bathrooms had the same stains as it did before he started

I can pay $100 or less for three rooms.
Any more for this service is excessive.
To me..this is a “super vacuum service.”
At a less expensive rate I might consider using this service up to 3 times per year.

Your professional cleaner Nick did a great job and was very thorough. My carpets look so much fresher. I will probably never have them cleaned during a really cold time again, as it took longer to dry and the windows were all fogged inside--learned a lesson.

Bought a house and the previous owners had 3 dogs and a cat. After zerorez the pet smell is gone! Carpet dried fairly quick and the guy who cleaned was very efficient. Would recommend service to anyone.
I like the individuals that come to my home; Jordan and Cameron. I have had my carpet cleaned twice by your organization. Cameron was the first carpet cleaner; Jordan the second. These men are both very professional, thorough, and answer all my questions. I like the fact that your cleaning solution is environmentally safe. And these men leave my carpet fairly dry, which is helpful and I will use your organization again. Furthermore, your charges are reasonable, which I appreciate. Good fast service
Employees are very professional and courteous when they enter your home. They are always very careful about not making a mess in your home.
The service was absolutely wonderful! The technician, Jordan, was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I had the carpets cleaned and my vents cleaned out as well. The carpets look great, and he even cleaned the vent covers before reinstalling them.
