The rep that did the job was very kind but I was never given any expectations, starting from when I called to make the appointment. I didn't know how the process worked or time that would be spent. Was caught off guard that my front door had to be left open the entire time the ducts were being cleaned, which I understand needs to be done but I should have been prepared for that. There were also little bits of material on the carpet under each air vent that was cleaned that I had to vacuum up once the rep left.
This company (and their employees) go above and beyond to make sure the service they are providing is satisfactory! The service is exceptional! I highly recommend Zerorez and their technicians - thank you Zerorez!
On time, fast, good prices, and great to work with
I love the Zerorez is a green cleaning company. The less chemicals in your life the better!! Michael & Francisco did a fabulous job cleaning our tile floors. Very informative and professional. And the tile looks great!!

On short notice, ZeroRez was able to schedule a Saturday commercial service for our office. They completed our sales floor as well as 4 offices in less than 2 hours and the difference is amazing!! They were careful of our furniture and flooring and they explained what they were doing. They told about other services the company offered.

The incompetent technician did not clean the whole bedroom because a rolling chair was in the way. We have called and complained and now I get to wait in my house AGAIN to have my carpet clean. I love it that I paid for the entire house to be cleaned plus extra for animals and not even get close to my moneys worth. He also did not move any chairs to clean under them. My old carpet cleaning company would move all chairs and couches and then move them back

I'm only giving a four for how friendly they were but the carpet cleaning was not the best when they clean the carpet it look fine but after it was dry completely the dirt spot we're still there my carpet look almost the same as before the clean it. Not good.
We live in Hermiston and would be nice to have more freequent visits but I also realize this depends on orders.

We recently bought a new house. After Ace and Maciah cleaned the carpets, the carpets looked really good and the whole house smelled fresher. The next day it was even better.
These two gentlemen were very thorough and explained exactly what they were doing. I would happily have them come again the next time we need the carpets cleaned.

A better way of duct cleaning and a more accurate dry time. My carpets were still wet after 24 hours...
I was a little disappointed this time because there were some spots of wax that I asked him to try and get up and he only did two of them and left the rest alone and I’m not quite sure why.
