You give too wide of a window for arrival times. Then you have to change them . I ealize now, to plan to request the 1st appt so I know exactly when it will be done.

Ace was the best carpet cleaner I have had to date. He took extra time to make sure our (older) carpets were as clean as they could get. Was completely professional in appearance and work ethic!

Technician Matthew was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable and dog-friendly. Our carpet was a wreck so he offered to clean an area free of charge to be sure he could clean it to our satisfaction. I liked that the technician explained what he was doing and what exactly he was applying on the carpet.
