A better way of duct cleaning and a more accurate dry time. My carpets were still wet after 24 hours...

I was a little disappointed this time because there were some spots of wax that I asked him to try and get up and he only did two of them and left the rest alone and I’m not quite sure why.

Professional team!

We were disappointed in Zerorez. We recently had our interior painted and the individual who came to do the carpets from Zero rez did not put any protectors up to not rub paint off wall corners....he also would not move furniture with a 70 and 78 year old living in the house and having already pretty much emptied the house of furniture except for a few pieces which we had on sliders that was disappointing as well. The company was expensive as well in comparison to the other company hired later to complete cleaning of the carpets. Also the carpets that they did clean they were soaked for a few days and there were spots in the carpets that we had removed years before that were once again present. We would not recommend Zerorez. The other company would get our recommendation. They protected the walls from their cleaning hoses from hitting and scraping the walls, the moved the furniture around that was on sliders. And they were very courteous.

The results of the carpet cleaning are wonderful. It looks (and feels) cushey and bright.

Our only mini complaint is that your representative (Thomas) did not introduce himself when he came to the door--nor was he wearing a shirt with his name or nametag on it....I just asked him his name, and everything went fine from there!

He did a very thorough job and finished the three rooms and two hallways in less than 90 minutes. The carpet throughout the house (with the exception of the small bedroom carpet which is over 35 years old) looks brand new!

There was no noticeable odor afterwards, and our carpet was dry to the touch about 4 hours later. We didn't move the furniture back into our living room until the next morning, when it was completely dry.

I'd appreciate it if you would send me a 3-4 business cards that I can give to family/friends who asked me about your services.

Good kind, professional not push service

The tile floors still have standing dirt in them—like the water left behind was dirty. I expected them to be clean.
The carpets are ok. I thought the impressions from desks might disappear. The west areas are not as clean as I would like but Armando told me that ahead of time.
