Excellent service and attentiveness. An order was incorrectly sent due to a miscommunication. I received an unexpected call from the manager, which was shock because big companies don't care, but this company does. We reviewed the order and we split the cost for the correction which was fair.

Decals.com, let me tell you that I haven't had a better experience with a company in which i placed an order from online in a long time. first of all, I uploaded an .eps file in which the color was lost in script, I guess. Spoke with a staff member by the name of Liz and she cut straight through the fluff. Sent me a proof that was right on spot with logo and color. I'm old school and loved the 1 on 1 communication with a real staff member. Shout out goes to Liz and shouts out to Decals.com. I will definitely shop with them in the future, and I would definitely recommend Decals.com to anyone looking for great service and friendly staff.

Ordering is very easy. I already had the design so I didn't need to use the editing tools. Stacey was very quick to do the review process. After advising of the timeline for shipment, I realized I needed it sooner, Stacey was again great and help me with changes to ensure I got it on time. It actually showed up in a couple of days! If I ever need another banner, I will use banners.com.
