Emily was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She understood that I'm not a cyclist and was able to explain things in a way I could understand. Buying a bike is a big financial investment (I bought 1 for me and 1 for my son) so it was nice to feel that I could ask any questions I needed to feel like qi was making the right choice.
