The road bike I chose was just what I wanted. The service was fantastic.
I was served by a gent named Ken, he listened to my needs, pointed out benefits of the Trek bike, after sales servicing, in general answered all my questions, without hesitation. I needed different wheels for the bike, he said no problem, quoted me a pair, as well as a complete bike price, gave me a collect date, was spot on.
Pick up was hassle free, on time, the bike was complete no dramas. I wish all businesses were as easy to deal with.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly, Emily was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. I was assisted with getting the bike back into the car buy a very helpful and cheerful assistant, we are looking forward to our return trip to pick up another Trek bike in January. The store was very well set up with a great selection of clothing and accessories a great atmosphere to look for your next bike. 👌

Easy friendly advice
The Service Ken and Emily gave me over the phone was outstanding. Because off COVID restrictions everything had to be arranged over the phone for pickup at the shop front door. Ken had the bike waiting for me when I arrived and made the process very easy and enjoyable. It was a 640km round trip for me to take deliver of the bike but I would not hesitate to do the same trip again because of the level of service offered.
Really enjoyed my first ride on the bike this morning. I had an issue with the Mino Link bolt coming loose after the first 20 km. This is NOT a pre-delivery issue because I personally checked the tension on the bolt (all bolts) before the first ride. Time will tell if this is going to be an ongoing issue.
